Bojana is an HR professional with almost 20 years of experience in the production and distribution industries. She started her career as a recruiter in Consulteam, nowadays GI group, and then continued building herself in Coca Cola Hellenic where she spent 13 years in different areas of HR- talent management, learning, and business partnering, covering all ex-YU territories. In 2022 year she joined Nelt as Group HR Executive director covering all 10 markets where Nelt group is present, Balkan and Africa.
She has a master degree from Belgrade university, major in Serbian language, and is a CIPD associate.
